We start with a pre-assessment to flag any major red flags, eliminating about 70% of properties. If it passes, we inspect the property inside and out, including communal areas and streetscape, checking for structural issues. After that, we walk through all findings with you in a one-on-one consultation.

How long do your various property inspections take?

The total time depends on the inspection type. The on-site inspection is about 30 minutes, plus a 45-minute post-consultation. Our Beyond the Surface building inspection is one hour, and the final check is another 30 minutes, ensuring everything is ready for settlement.
